I was very pleased with the dental care provided by the dentist, dental assistant and dental hygienist. They were all excellent. There were questions regarding my insurance coverage and I was going to be charged incorrectly. Fortunately one healthcare coordinator was willing to listen to me. She made a special effort to contact Delta Dental directly and was able to verify more correct information.

Had a routine prophylaxis at 150.00 with the office discount plan. They said without the discount, it would be 340.00. Maybe some kind of misunderstanding. Was very happy with the cleaning though.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I usually put off going to the dentist until I absolutely have to go in. The reason being in the pass going to the dentist felt like going to a mechanic. You go in for a oil change and come out spending 4x as much cause they always find something else wrong with the car. I have to say PD Modern dentistry has changed that feeling for me. As soon as I walked I felt they cared and wanted to help. Karina went way above and beyond and Dr. Lisa to find a treatment plan that would work best for me and would not cost me my first born. Which I offered lol. Dr. Lisa and Martha were so sweet and kind and made me feel comfortable, even Mr Fly for the laughs. You can tell everyone in the office really cares about their patients and wants to help them anyway they can.
