You Break Through

I was lucky that Sr Trans clinic had a cancelation and they called me to come in. My appointment was supposed to be in October! Can ypu believe? A 3 month wait to get seen! Thats how popular and busy his dental office is. So don't think twice book your appointment now! Dr Alexander Tran is a very nice and detailed oriented dentist. He explains procedures thoroughly and does not leave you guessing or googling for answers. He takes time to answer questions and seem as though he really cares for the betterment of your teeth. Not like my previous dentist that became top obsessed with upselling and charging patients procedures that are not actually needed. I went to another dentist prior to going to Dr Tran in another country and both of them said that I didn't need a crown just yet. The Hygenist Melina was very nice and has heavenly hands. She also had a great demeanor that I had requested her and the dental assistant Yvette again on my succeeding visits. I am OCD and Yvette cleaned and sanitized each and every seat and instrument that will touch my face. The front office receptionists greeted me with kindness and a smile. Analissa and Joselyn were great too.Oh I almost forgot Jasmin the office manager who explained the prices to me. Dr. Tran was recommended to me by my friend and primary doctor who never stirred me wrong! Dr Trans prices were reasonable and its really geared towards what you need not what is good for their pockets. He gives discounts to cash patients and understands that money is tight and tries to help you out as much as he can without losing money either as business is business. I told my husband about Dr Tran and he will be calling today to make an appointment for his next dental check up. Hope his office continues to satisfy me and not let us down. My cousins are dentists in Orange County where I was from before moving to the Desert. I also have a family dentist back home who would come to our home to do my parents teeth cleaning as they were no longer agile enough to go to the dentist. So as you can see I am very picky as I got spoiled by my cousins and family friend dentist who was my high-school classmate. Dr. Tran is the 3rd Dentist I have seen since we moved to the desert 5 years ago. The second dentist I went to here in the desert that was referred to me by my chiropractor was terrible. The Hygenist had the heaviest hand ever! My teeth hurt several days after a regular cleaning. I don't even remember seing the dentist!! I don't want to mention names as I like my Chiropractor, he is the best so far , well next to my husband who now teaches continuing education to Chiropractors.
