I overall like the office and personnel but I really dislike the fact that it is not self contained. Getting dentistry from different dentists and different offices for me is totally off putting especially if a problem occurs. I have never experienced this before. My dentist in Hawaii and in Northern California handled everything and, if possible, the same day. Currently I have pain that’s been going on for over a week now and I had to go searching for a dentist to perform a possible root canal or tooth extraction. The dentist referral did not accept my insurance and it would have helped for the office to consider that in the referral.

Dr. Tran is an amazing dentist. He explains what to expect and work with you on a dental plan. Very professional and I trust his judgment.

I have been going for my teeth cleanings for years to the best hygienist in the state, Melina at Palm Desert Dentistry which is why I started going there, just to see her! Then at the age of 74 it turns out I needed to get a new crown replacement on an old molar. I have been very lucky with my teeth all my life so I was shocked yesterday when I went in to get that done, it turned out I had total decay underneath it! For the first time ever I had to get real dental work done, and was lucky enough to get Dr. Lisa to work on it. It turned out to be very difficult because of waiting too long and the age of the tooth, but Dr Lisa meticulously took her time and worked so hard and with great care and expertise to get it ready for the inevitable root canal to come. I was amazed and so impressed with the care and delicacy and precision of her work to get it done right the first time, and it wasn’t easy! I feel privileged to be her patient and delighted to find my now forever dentist in the desert. Also want to give a shoutout to her sweet, gentle and talented assistant Marilyn, who I again lucked out on getting to work on it. Thank you for all your beautiful work. Also want to mention that the staff in the office are awesome and welcoming as well. You guys ROCK!
